Dollar Bonds of ZAO 'Solis' Worth $2 Million Listed on AMX

The company 'Solis' entered the capital market

YEREVAN, August 18. /ARKA/. Dollar bonds of ZAO 'Solis' with a total nominal volume of $2 million have been listed on the Armenian Stock Exchange (AMX), the press service of the exchange reports.

The company's entry into the capital market was officially marked by a traditional bell-ringing ceremony at AMX.

ZAO 'Solis' is owned by the 'EU-MSP Fund - Armenia', managed by Amber Capital. The company operates in the renewable energy sector, and its main activity is the sale of electricity produced by photovoltaic solar power plants.

From August 18, investors will be able to buy and sell ZAO 'Solis' bonds on the exchange through banks and investment companies that are members of AMX.

The company's bonds will be included in the main list of Abond bonds of the Armenian Stock Exchange. The listing will include 20,000 bonds with a nominal value of $100 each, an 8% coupon yield, and a maturity period of 48 months.

These securities can also be used for address transactions and REPO deals.

The placement of the bonds was conducted by Ameriabank from June 4 to June 29, 2026.

AMX notes that the entry of ZAO 'Solis' into the capital market will help strengthen the ties between the renewable energy sector and the financial market in Armenia.

The Armenian Stock Exchange is the only operator of the regulated securities market in the republic. AMX provides listing, trading, clearing, and information services, as well as alternative exchange solutions. Final settlements for exchange transactions are carried out by the Central Depository of Armenia, of which AMX is the 100% shareholder.
