The Tavush regional prosecutor’s office, acting within its authority to protect state interests, filed claims with the Anti-Corruption Court against two individuals seeking the compulsory termination of development rights for two land plots located within Dilijan National Park.
According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, the plots measure 0.5 hectares and 1.25 hectares. Their approximate cadastral value, aligned with market value, is 119.6 million drams.
On July 23 and 24, 2026, the Anti-Corruption Court granted the claims. Those rulings have now entered into legal force.
As a result, the two land plots in Dilijan National Park, with a total area of 1.75 hectares, have been returned to the possession of the Republic of Armenia.
