Land plot in the Dilijan National Park to be returned to Armenia

A 1.75 ha land plot will be returned to Armenia

The Prosecutor's Office of Tavush reported that within the framework of its authority to protect state interests, lawsuits were filed in the Anti-Corruption Court against two individuals regarding the forced termination of the right to develop land plots of 0.5 ha and 1.25 ha located in the Dilijan National Park, with a cadastral value of approximately 119 million 600 thousand drams.

The Prosecutor General's Office stated that the lawsuits were granted by the decisions of the Anti-Corruption Court on July 22 and 24, 2026.

It is noted that after the decisions come into legal force, the right to develop the land plots will be terminated, and the plots of 0.5 ha and 1.25 ha located in the Dilijan National Park will be returned to the ownership of the Republic of Armenia.
