The Asset Recovery Division of the Prosecutor General's Office has filed a demand with the Anti-Corruption Court to seize property from Asatur Hamlet Sakhakyan, who held the position of head of the Gugark Division of the State Revenue Committee's Department for Combating Smuggling and Double Customs Control, and related persons in favor of the Republic of Armenia:
- 2 real estate properties located in Yerevan.
- 4 vehicles.
- Participation in 4 legal entities.
- 183 million 561 thousand drams as a remainder of illegal monetary funds.
- 10 million 566 thousand drams, which cannot be substantiated by the person's legal income, has illegal origins, has been transferred to a bona fide purchaser, or cannot be identified and seized.
