The Ararat region prosecutor's office filed lawsuits in the Anti-Corruption Court against the auction of land plots measuring 0.57 ha from August 6, 2007, and 750 sq. m from June 24, 2009. This was reported by the Prosecutor's Office of Armenia.
During the investigation, it was revealed that there were several violations in the process of acquiring land plots owned by the Deputy Head of the Masis community, K.A., and related individuals. The total area of the expropriated land plots amounts to 95.5 ha.
The Prosecutor's Office, while exercising oversight over the legality of the criminal proceedings being conducted by the Investigative Committee, discovered signs of other alleged crimes and reported them to the Anti-Corruption Committee.
