The production of three types of carbonated drinks under the 'Tsovinar' brand has been suspended by the food safety inspection authority. The suspension took place at the production facility owned by individual entrepreneur Aida Kocharyan, located in the village of Tsovinar, Martuni community, Gegharkunik region.
During the inspection, samples of the products were taken for laboratory testing. The results indicated that some samples did not meet the requirements set by legislation:
- In the sample of the 'Carbonated drink with barberry flavor', violations were recorded in the 'number of mesophilic aerobic microorganisms' (MAM) and 'yeast/mold (total)' indicators;
- The samples of 'Carbonated drink with pear flavor' and 'Carbonated drink with tarragon flavor' also did not meet the MAM requirements.
By the decision of the head of the food safety inspection authority, the production of the specified three types of products has been suspended.
A deadline has been set to eliminate the identified violations.
