Arman Abovyan stated in a press briefing that Gagik Tsarukyan was offered to establish an Armenian-Iranian trade house on a partnership basis, but they did not invest a single penny. As a result of judicial proceedings in Iran, Tsarukyan has been recognized as a victim.
Abovyan noted that Tsarukyan agreed to the proposal, considering his special attitude towards the Iranian people, but it later turned out that these individuals had committed fraud. The Iranian court ruled that they owe Tsarukyan 14 million dollars.
