From September 11 to 13, the popular Buissup will return in a new format — Buissup Challenge. Over three competition days, young professionals from various fields will unite in teams to work on real business cases presented by large companies and develop practical, applicable solutions.
This year's Challenge will feature business challenges from Dalma, Ucom, Hay Cola Factory, Coffee House, Yan Products, Cinema Star, One Way Tour, Sali, Maple Leafs Clinic, and Bacon Products. Participants will work in areas that are crucial for business development today — artificial intelligence and digitalization, marketing and sales development, customer experience improvement, human resources management, internal process optimization, and efficiency enhancement.
Participants will work in multidisciplinary teams for three days on specific business cases. Throughout the event, they will be accompanied by industry experts and mentors who will help develop ideas and turn them into applicable business proposals. At the end of the program, teams will present their solutions to representatives of companies and the business community. The authors of the best ideas will also receive a share of the total prize fund of 3.5 million drams.
Buissup Challenge is designed for those who want to take their professional knowledge out of the theoretical realm and test it in a real business environment. Participation also provides an opportunity to work with representatives from various professions, gain new experience, expand professional connections, and have direct communication with representatives of large companies. Participants must have at least one year of industry experience. Participation is possible both individually and in pre-formed teams. Buissup Challenge will take place from September 11 to 13 at the Ayb School. Applications for participation are still open.
