The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose but other major stock indexes fell after President Donald Trump lashed out at Canada and threatened more tariffs. Meanwhile, Micron Technology (MU) and Sandisk (SNDK) slid as chips were walloped on the stock market today. But a retail stock cleared a buy point. The Dow industrials remained up 0.3%.
