Bitpanda Fined in Austrian Regulator’s First Published MiCA Penalty

Bitpanda, the Austrian cryptocurrency platform, has been fined €1.5 million for violating MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) regulations. This is the first penalty published by the Austrian financial regulator under MiCA.
