The Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Armenia reports that on May 12, 2026, the management for the protection of state interests submitted a request to the director of the National Park "Sevan" and the Secretary General of the Ministry of Environment to terminate the lease agreement for a land plot located on the shore of Lake Sevan.
According to the request, on August 13, 2026, the Cadastre Committee terminated the lease agreement with Nazik Amiryan for a land plot of 0.3 hectares with a cadastral value of 20 million 502 thousand drams.
It is noteworthy that Nazik Amiryan is the widow of General Manvel Grigoryan, who was previously convicted of illegally acquiring weapons and ammunition.
