YEREVAN, June 30. /ARKA/. Arthur Nakshikyan, the Director of the Department of Operational Risk Management at the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank, has been elected to the Council of Unibank.
This decision was made at the bank's General Shareholders' Meeting held on June 22, 2026.
Over the past 20 years, Arthur Nakshikyan has held several managerial positions in the financial sector, including at the Central Bank of Armenia. He is currently a member of the Council of the Central Depository of Armenia and a member of the non-profit organization 'Center for Economic Development and Research'.
The Council of Unibank has been approved with the following composition: Gagik Zakaryan (Chairman), George Piskov, Vardan Atayan, Philippe Rene Mark Delmott (independent member), Ruben Indzhikyan (independent member), Karine Minasyan (independent member), and Arthur Nakshikyan (independent member).
