For exchange transactions exceeding 100,000 AMD (including) or the equivalent in another currency, it is necessary to present identification:
Bank accepts 500 Euro banknotes at a rate of 2%.
Worn currency banknotes are accepted at a rate of 2%.
US banknotes issued before 1996 are not accepted.

Currency exchange transactions may be rejected by the Bank if:
• The execution of the transaction leads to a violation of the internal procedures and policies of the Bank.
• In cases stipulated by the internal legal acts of the Bank, the Bank's Management may partially or completely suspend or limit the unilateral or bilateral quotation of any currency for both all customers and for specific groups of customers.
