Leading Armenian renewable energy company, Solis LLC, entered the capital market on August 18, 2026, by issuing $2 million in bonds.
These bonds are included in the main list of Abond on the Armenian Stock Exchange and consist of 20,000 bonds, each with a nominal value of $100. The coupon yield is set at 8%.
Solis plans to allocate 75% of the funds raised from the bond issuance for refinancing existing loans, while 25% will be used for capital expenditures and business expansion.
The CEO of the Armenian Stock Exchange, Haik Eganian, noted that the entry of Solis into the capital market is a significant step for both the company and the diversification of the capital market.
Solis, owned by Amber Capital, is engaged in the production and sale of electricity generated by solar power plants.
