SUMMARY
The week was marked by the restructuring of Armenia's foreign economic and energy ties while maintaining macro-financial stability and the divergent dynamics of individual sectors of the economy.

POLITICS
Armenia's relations with the CSTO remain frozen. Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Mikhail Galuzin suggested that the issue of possibly depriving Armenia of its voting rights in the CSTO may be discussed at the organization's summit on November 11.
