Ardshinbank's mobile app now features a new option that allows clients to choose or change their pension fund directly within the app, eliminating the need to visit the bank.
To select or change a pension fund, clients must log into the 'My Account' section, choose 'Pension Account', then 'Change Fund', and confirm their selection. The app also provides information about the total amount of the client's pension savings.
Pension funds vary in their investment strategies and risk levels. Currently, three types of funds are available: balanced, stable income, and conservative funds.
If a client has not previously selected a pension fund, the system will automatically choose a conservative fund with an average risk level.
Ardshinbank is continually improving its mobile app to make financial services as simple and accessible as possible for its clients.
