In the Ararat region, in the village of Dalar, the production of dried fruits owned by individual entrepreneur Haik Tadevosyan has been suspended by the decision of the head of the food safety inspection authority.
During the inspection, violations of sanitary and hygienic standards were recorded, including:
- Issues with the design, structure, layout, and dimensions of production facilities that did not prevent cross-contamination of food raw materials and products;
- Failure to provide necessary technical maintenance for equipment;
- Processes for cleaning, washing, disinfecting, and pest control were not carried out;
- The floor tiles were broken, making cleaning difficult;
- The ceilings were not secure, contributing to dirt accumulation;
- The doors were not made of non-absorbent materials;
- The facility lacked a restroom and changing area for staff.
Mandatory orders have been issued to rectify the violations, with a deadline set.
