In the lawsuit, among other things, it was required to confiscate the shares of "Ararat Cement" in favor of the Republic of Armenia as illegally obtained property:
Within the framework of the confiscation proceedings of illegally obtained property, on July 13, 2026, the Prosecutor General's Office submitted a motion to the Anti-Corruption Court for the application of protective measures regarding the management and protection of the shares of "Ararat Cement" in favor of the Republic of Armenia:
By the court's decision on July 15, 2026, the submitted motion was granted: the management and protection of the shares of "Ararat Cement" has been transferred to the Republic of Armenia:
In addition, the lawsuit also requires the confiscation from Gagik Kolyay Tsarukyan:
- 75 real estate properties and 10 properties with market value, of which 57 are located in Yerevan.
- 42 vehicles.
- Participation in 38 legal entities, including "Multi Group Concern" LLC, "Multi Avtotrans" LLC, "Onira Club" LLC, and other legal entities.
- 105 billion 865 million 865 thousand drams, which includes the remaining and expenses of illegal income, as well as issued loans, assigned rights, and the market value of 5 vehicles.
