Ararat-Armenia has achieved a historic result, becoming the first Armenian club to compete in the main stage of the Europa League:
In the return match of the Europa League qualifying playoff, the Armenian champion won 1-0 against the Romanian club Universitatea Craiova at the Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium in Yerevan:

This is the first time Ararat-Armenia has secured a spot in the main stage of European competitions. The draw for the main stage of the Europa League will take place on August 28:
