The Board of Trustees of the 'Armenia' All-Armenian Foundation has elected Aramayis Avetisyan as the Executive Director of the Foundation with a vote of 22 in favor, 0 against, and 2 abstentions. In his vision presented to the board, Avetisyan highlighted the main directions for the Foundation's development: strengthening organizational capacities and increasing operational efficiency, creating a new culture of trust, accountability, and transparency, transitioning from reactive activities to long-term strategic planning while maintaining the strengthening of Armenia-Diaspora ties as the Foundation's core mission.

Aramayis Avetisyan is an economist and management specialist with around 13 years of professional experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. His professional experience includes organizational management and institutional development, strategic planning, public policy, stakeholder engagement, fundraising, and communication. Since 2022, he has served as an assistant to the President of the Republic of Armenia.

Avetisyan received his higher education from the Armenian State University of Economics, specializing in international economic relations. In 2018, he co-founded the public organization 'Political Dialogue' and served as its executive director until 2022. Avetisyan is married and completed his mandatory military service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

Since 2025, Avetisyan has been involved in the programs of the 'Armenia' All-Armenian Foundation. He coordinated the 2025 nationwide fundraising campaign 'Homeland and Eternity', which raised approximately $17 million, exceeding the average figures of recent years by about 30%.

The 'Armenia' All-Armenian Foundation was established in 1992 to unite the potential of Armenia and the Diaspora for the development and strengthening of Armenia. For more than three decades, the Foundation has implemented infrastructure, educational, healthcare, social, and other development programs, serving as a pan-Armenian platform for cooperation between Armenia and the Diaspora. The Foundation has also mobilized pan-Armenian resources to respond to humanitarian crises and other urgent challenges,” the statement said.
