The board of directors of Team Telecom Armenia has decided to appoint Aram Barsgyan as the company's CEO. The decision takes effect today, August 24.
Due to the expansion of the Team group of companies, diversification of business directions, growth of international presence, and implementation of new strategic projects, the group is entering the next phase of development. In this context, Hayk Yesayan will continue his activities as the head of the Team Group, focusing on the strategic development, expansion, and long-term growth priorities of the group.
The Team group of companies includes Team Telecom Armenia, Team Pay, Team Systems, Team Solutions, Buy.am, Grand Hotel Yerevan, TMW, Northern Terroir, Team Construct, Team Energy, Team Logistics, ServiceHUB, SkyTel, Imagine Broadband, and other companies operating in telecommunications, energy, electric vehicle charging, construction, technology, financial services, e-commerce, logistics, hospitality, and other sectors.

Aram Barsgyan has served as the deputy CEO of Team Telecom Armenia since its founding and is a member of the board of directors. He has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector.

Professional Biography
Aram Barsgyan is an experienced leader in the fields of telecommunications, information technology, and business management in Armenia, with over 20 years of professional activity. Over the years, he has held leadership positions in leading telecommunications companies in Armenia, participating in their development, forming commercial strategies, and implementing new business directions.
He has been with Team Telecom Armenia since its founding in 2020, serving as deputy CEO and involved in strategic development, management, and various business directions. He is a member of the company's board of directors.
Before joining Team Telecom Armenia, Barsgyan worked for about ten years at Ucom. From 2010 to 2011, he headed the corporate sales department, and from 2011 to 2020, he served as commercial director, responsible for sales, marketing, and interconnect. He has also held leadership positions at Icon Communications, Orange, UITExpo, and other organizations. He is one of the organizers of the first “Digitech Expo” held in 2005.
In addition to the telecommunications sector, Aram Barsgyan is also actively involved in entrepreneurship and investments. He is a co-founder of AV Farming and The Food, the owner of the franchise of the international coffee brand The Coffee in Armenia, and a member of the boards of directors of several companies. His business activities cover agriculture, public catering, and other sectors.
Barsgyan received his education at Yerevan State University, specializing in Middle Eastern studies. In 2005, he studied at Cairo University in an Arabic language program. Later, he obtained a scientific degree in the history of the Armenian diaspora. From 2016 to 2018, he studied at the University of Sheffield, earning a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA). He also received professional education at WIFI Austria in marketing management.
Aram Barsgyan is fluent in Armenian, Russian, English, and Arabic.
