"Armenia does not need sympathy, I say this officially, Armenia needs partnership and cooperation, and Armenia is a reliable partner. And I want to thank you, dear compatriots, for responding to this government message. I truly appreciate this and it is a great honor for me that today we are talking about completely different agendas, which are the state's agenda," Pashinyan noted in his speech.
Nikol Pashinyan also referred to the phone conversation held today with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev: "I want to emphasize again August 8, 2025, as a turning point for Armenia and Azerbaijan. By the way, I called the President of Azerbaijan today, and we talked about the importance of today's event, and this is indeed an event of turning significance. I want us to applaud President Trump for making this day a reality," Pashinyan said.
