The criminal proceedings against Andranik Tevanyan and Aregnaz Manukyan have been completed. The investigation is being conducted by the Main Investigation Department of the RA Investigative Committee for crimes against the state security and constitutional order regarding the state treason and publication of illegally obtained state secrets by political figure Andranik Tevanyan, who supported the coalition of the "Armenia" parties in the 2021 parliamentary elections.
According to the RA Investigative Committee, the criminal case against A. T. (Andranik Tevanyan) and A. M. (Aregnaz Manukyan) has been sent to the prosecutor with an indictment.
Andranik Tevanyan, as a political figure supporting the coalition of the "Armenia" parties in the 2021 parliamentary elections, was recruited by foreign intelligence services in 2024, committed espionage, and illegally gathered and transferred information containing state secrets.
A request for consent to prosecute Aregnaz Manukyan was submitted to the Central Electoral Commission of the RA.
