AMIO Bank has placed its dram bonds worth 6 billion dram at record speed, fully completing the placement just 30 hours after the start. The placement began on August 17, and by August 19, the successful completion was announced.
The result reflects high investor confidence in AMIO Bank and the attractiveness of the financial instrument offered.
In this tranche (AMARBBB2RER3), 60,000 bonds were issued, each with a nominal value of 100,000 dram. The coupon yield is set at 9.75%, with coupon payments scheduled quarterly. The full redemption of these bonds will take place on August 17, 2029.
According to current tax legislation, the coupon income from the bonds is exempt from income tax until December 31, 2027.
Bonds are a reliable financial instrument, guaranteed by the Deposit Insurance Fund, similar to bank deposits. It is worth noting that in late June 2026, AMIO Bank began the primary placement of 3 billion dram of non-convertible coupon bonds, which was planned to be completed by August 31.
