Ameriabank has won nine awards at Global Finance’s Best Digital Bank Awards, including eight country-level honors and one regional distinction. Among them is the title of Armenia’s Most Innovative Digital Bank.
This year marked the 27th edition of the awards. Winners were evaluated on criteria including the strength of their strategy for attracting and serving digital customers, success in driving usage of digital services, growth in digital customer numbers, breadth of product offerings, tangible benefits from digital initiatives, and the design and functionality of web and mobile platforms.
According to Global Finance, Ameriabank’s digital ecosystem stood out across several categories, including innovation, digital transformation, online payments, online products and services, the SME lending platform, and other areas.
The bank’s full list of awards includes: Most Innovative Digital Bank, Best in Transformation, Best Consumer Digital Bank, Best Online Product Offerings, Best Online Payments Solution, Best in Social Media Marketing & Services, Best SME Platform, Best Trade Finance Service in Armenia, and Best Trade Finance Service in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
Submissions were reviewed by a professional jury from Infosys, a global leader in technology, consulting, and outsourcing, while the final selection was made by the editors of Global Finance. Ameriabank describes itself as a leading financial and technology company in Armenia and operates under the supervision of the Central Bank of Armenia.
