The Market Surveillance Inspectorate said the operator was using an unverified measuring device.

Armenia’s Market Surveillance Inspectorate said it found violations during control measures at a gas station owned by sole proprietor “Armeda Hakobyan Kolyai,” which sells gasoline and diesel fuel. The station is located near the Agarak-Meghri junction.

According to the inspectorate, the inspection found that the operator had been using an unverified measuring device. As a result, the station’s gasoline fuel dispenser has been suspended until the identified violations are corrected.

The agency said the company’s management had been instructed to take the necessary steps to eliminate the violations.

The business entity will also face administrative liability in accordance with the law, the inspectorate added.
