At the 5th Azerbaijan-Turkey Energy Forum in Baku, Azerbaijan’s Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov met with Թուրքիայի Energy and Natural Resources Minister Alparslan Bayraktar.
The two sides discussed the bilateral and regional energy agenda, highlighting the role of joint projects in strengthening the region’s energy security.
The meeting also focused on expanding electricity links between Azerbaijan and Turkey. The ministers reviewed plans for “green energy” corridors via Nakhchivan and Georgia.
They also discussed opportunities for cooperation within the Caspian Sea-Black Sea-Europe green energy corridor project.
