In the first half of this year, products worth $17,128.64 million were exported from Azerbaijan to Armenia.
The Azerbaijani APA agency, citing the State Customs Committee, reported that this figure accounted for 0.10% of Azerbaijan's total export volume.
Overall, Azerbaijan's foreign trade turnover from January to June 2026 amounted to $24 billion 661.35 million.
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan expressed hope last year that Azerbaijan would also import goods from Armenia. He mentioned during a press briefing following the government meeting on December 25: “I hope that in the near future there will be phenomena of bilateral trade between Armenia and Azerbaijan. There is currently import from Azerbaijan to Armenia, and I hope there will also be exports from Armenia to Azerbaijan.”
Despite the Prime Minister's proposal, nothing has yet been exported from Armenia to Azerbaijan. This is also confirmed by the data from the Statistical Committee of Armenia.
