The bank will act as a market maker on AMX to support secondary-market liquidity.

Acba Bank will serve as market maker for dram-denominated bonds of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Armenia, helping maintain secondary-market liquidity for the securities on the Armenia Securities Exchange (AMX).

The bonds have completed the listing procedure and were admitted to AMX’s main bond list, Abond.

The issue totals AMD 5 000 000 000. Each bond has a face value of AMD 10 000 000, with 500 bonds issued in total. The securities have a 36-month tenor and a floating coupon.

As market maker, Acba Bank will maintain standing bid and ask quotes for the bonds on the exchange. According to the published information, this is intended to provide investors with stronger liquidity and more transparent price formation.
