According to the data from the Statistical Committee of Armenia, in January-June 2026, 398.0 thousand tons of cement were produced in Armenia. The production volume remained unchanged compared to the comparable figure from the previous year.
At the same time, the production of construction mixtures increased by 2.4 times, totaling 231,322.9 tons. The volume of ready-mixed concrete production decreased by 16.1%, amounting to 727,937.9 m3. Gypsum production increased by 44.7%, reaching 17,472.0 tons.
Gravel production rose by 12.7%, totaling 22,940.0 tons. Sand production decreased by 13.2%, amounting to 3,216.7 thousand tons, while tuff production increased by 68.9%, reaching 52,825.9 tons.
