According to data published by the Statistical Committee of Armenia, in January-June of the current year, Armenia produced 3,209.2 thousand liters of wine, of which 551.1 thousand liters were sparkling wines of the "Champagne" type. Compared to the comparable figure of 2025, the volume of wine production increased by 15.3%, while the production of sparkling wines grew by 34.2%.
At the same time, the production of whiskey (100% alcohol) decreased by 33.6% to 857.2 thousand liters, the production of vodka (100% alcohol) fell by 16.5% to 640.3 thousand liters, while beer production increased by 15.8% to 16,970.4 thousand liters.
