In January-July 2026, compared to the same period in 2025, the economic activity index in Armenia increased by 7.7%. This was reported to Business 24 by the Statistical Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
According to the presented data, during the reporting period, there was an increase in the volumes of industrial production, trade turnover, construction, and services.
Thus, in January-July, the volume of industrial production increased by 9.5%, construction grew by 25%, trade turnover increased by 0.8%, and the volume of services provided to the population increased by 13.2%.
In absolute terms, the gross output of industry amounted to 1,793,077.8 million AMD, the volume of construction was 369,243.2 million AMD, trade turnover was 3,769,904.2 million AMD, and the volume of services was 2,593,152.6 million AMD.
As for the consumer price index, it increased by 4.5%.
