Armenia’s Statistical Committee said 2,501 sole proprietors were registered in the unified state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in July 2026.
During the same period, the register also recorded 1,205 limited liability companies, 53 public organizations, 10 closed joint-stock companies and 5 condominium associations.
According to the official statistics, July also saw the registration of 3 separate branches of foreign legal entities (commercial), 2 foundations and 2 community non-commercial organizations.
In addition, the register included 1 branch of a foreign legal entity (non-commercial), 1 separate subdivision (non-commercial), 1 agricultural cooperative, 1 trade union organization, 1 religious organization and 1 institution (founder: non-commercial).
The figures were published by Armenia’s Statistical Committee in its summary of state registrations for July 2026.
