“The main issue of the shadow economy is not the use of phones, but the illegal import and sale of products,” he said.
Jrbashyan emphasized that the main focus of regulation should be on commodity circulation, not on each citizen's device. He proposed a number of alternative measures that could help reduce the shadow economy, including control over legal imports, development of a competitive market, and protection of consumer rights.
