On August 4, a meeting of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia's council took place, during which it was decided to:
- keep the policy rate unchanged at 6.50%
- set the Lombard repo rate provided by the Central Bank at 8.00%
- set the interest rate on funds attracted from banks at 5.00%
