Haluk Gurgun, head of Turkey's defense industry, announced that the export volumes in the defense and aerospace sectors reached $1.12 billion in July of the current year. This figure is 14.4% higher than the same period last year:
According to Gurgun, exports from January to July increased by 26.2% compared to the same period last year, reaching $5.787 billion:
He also noted that Turkey continues to develop its engineering capabilities, production capacity, and global competitiveness.
