Renshin LLC's Bonds Officially Listed on AMX

Renshin Company Enters the Public Capital Market

YEREVAN, July 10. /ARKA/. An important event has been recorded in the capital market of Armenia, marking the institutional convergence of the financial and real sectors of the economy: on July 8, the official listing of bonds of Renshin LLC, a leading company in the real estate and development sector, took place on the Armenian Stock Exchange (AMX).

The traditional bell-ringing ceremony marked the company's entry into a new stage of development, based on absolute transparency, accountability, and financial reliability.

The entry of Renshin into the public capital market provides investors with broad opportunities for risk management and effective portfolio diversification. The company's coupon bonds are included in the secondary list of the exchange (Bbond) and are presented in both dram and dollar tranches with various maturities:

  • A 2.3 billion dram issuance: nominal value — 1 million dram, annual coupon yield — 12.00%, maturity — 36 months (2,300 pcs).
  • A 10 million USD (short-term) issuance: nominal value — 10,000 USD, annual coupon yield — 8.00%, maturity — 36 months (1,000 pcs).
  • A 10 million USD (long-term) issuance: nominal value — 10,000 USD, annual coupon yield — 8.50%, maturity — 60 months (1,000 pcs).

The successful primary placement of securities was carried out through the systemic Ameriabank (the placement of dram bonds took place from February 2 to May 5, 2026, and dollar bonds until May 29, 2026).

Additionally, Ameriabank will act as a market maker in the secondary market, providing liquidity and confidence for market participants. According to Shushanik Ovsepyan, head of the capital markets department at Ameriabank, this will ensure the formation of a sufficiently deep and active secondary market.

The issuance of Renshin bonds is another important step in the development of the capital market, which will more fully reflect the structure of the country's economy, emphasized Ovsepyan, highlighting the factors of currency and term diversification.

The presence of large players from the real sector on the exchange has significant macroeconomic importance. According to Aik Eghanyan, CEO of the Armenian Stock Exchange, such initiatives contribute to the deepening of the market and sustainable economic development. The listing allows the company to attract long-term financial resources while maintaining a high level of transparency.

The financial reliability of Renshin is based on a 25-year history and a portfolio of premium-class projects totaling approximately 1 million square meters.

Renshin's CFO Kristina Chichyan emphasized that the full placement of their first bond issuance demonstrates high investor confidence in the company's strategic plans. "Entering the capital market is a commitment to act transparently and adhere to high standards of corporate governance," she noted, adding that this marks the beginning of a long-term partnership with the underwriter and the Exchange, with new issuances expected in the future.

As of July 8, bond trading is already available to investors through banks and investment companies that are members of the exchange.
