According to data published by the RA State Revenue Committee, the state budget of Armenia for January-May 2026 amounted to 1,290,002.3 million drams, generated from taxes and duties.
Regarding tax types:
In January-May 2026, the volume of VAT increased by 8.1% compared to the comparable figure of 2025, amounting to 368,616.0 million drams.
Income tax volumes increased by 12.3%, totaling 328,666.1 million drams.
Excise tax volumes rose by 17%, reaching 59,478.3 million drams.
Social payments increased by 14.5%, amounting to 55,258.6 million drams.
Turnover tax volumes grew by 18.1%, totaling 40,678.6 million drams.
State duty volumes increased by 49.7%, reaching 47,317.3 million drams.
Profit tax volumes rose by 12%, totaling 283,154.6 million drams.
Customs duties decreased by 5.4%, amounting to 28,889.3 million drams.
Environmental and natural resource fees increased by 180.6%, totaling 35,547.5 million drams.
Other taxes increased by 36.3%, amounting to 42,395.9 million drams.
