The Ministry of Economy of Armenia has announced a new program to support farmers with greenhouse operations of 1 hectare or more.
The state will subsidize the interest rates on loans to support the continuity of vegetable, berry, and flower production.
The main conditions are:
- Up to 100 million drams in loans for each 1 hectare of greenhouse.
- Annual interest rate of up to 14%, with 12 percentage points covered by the state.
- Maturity period of up to 18 months.
- 12-month grace period for the principal and subsidized interest.
Applications must be submitted to financial institutions by September 1, 2026.
