According to him, in the first quarter of 2026, Armenia received $515 million in foreign direct investment, with the leading countries being: Russia - $218 million, UAE - $125 million, Luxembourg - $51 million, USA - $33 million, Panama - $14 million, and Georgia - $10 million:
"Meanwhile, investments from EU countries and the rest of the world amounted to only $1 million. Could they not have done even $1 million? But they did, didn't they?" he added:
