The Constitutional Court of Armenia has upheld the results of the parliamentary elections held on June 7, 2026. The chairman of the Constitutional Court, Arman Dilanian, stated that the court's decision is final and takes effect upon publication.
The voter turnout was 58.97%.
According to preliminary data from the Central Electoral Commission, the ruling party "Civil Contract" of Nikol Pashinyan, the "Strong Armenia" bloc of Samvel Karapetyan, and the "Armenia" bloc of the second president Robert Kocharian will enter the parliament. The party "Prosperous Armenia" led by businessman Gagik Tsarukyan did not pass the 4% threshold.
It is noteworthy that on June 19, 7 political forces filed petitions with the Constitutional Court demanding that the election results be declared invalid.
