"Humiliating the political opponent never makes the government stronger," states "Genesis Armenia." Today, as the head of the BHK party, Gagik Tsarukyan was demonstratively taken to the Investigative Committee by NSS employees, a line was crossed in Armenia's political life that separates the rule of law from political retribution.

When the state security apparatus is used not only to conduct criminal proceedings but also to publicly undermine a person's political authority, the very legal foundation of the state is endangered. Demonstrative footage, the atmosphere of public humiliation, unnecessary displays of force, and the subsequent two-month detention have become symbols of political revenge rather than justice for many.

"If the government is confident in its legal position, it must speak about it in court with evidence, not through organized displays of force in front of cameras," emphasizes Nzhdeh Iskandaryan.
