Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov stated in a press conference that their expectation is for territorial claims against Azerbaijan to be removed from the Armenian Constitution:
Bayramov noted that Azerbaijan has completed its part of the work on finalizing the peace agreement, and a joint statement was signed between Azerbaijan and Armenia during the summit in Washington:
"The text of the peace agreement has already been preliminarily signed and is open to the public. The official position of Azerbaijan was voiced by President Ilham Aliyev. Our expectation is that territorial claims against Azerbaijan will be removed from the Armenian Constitution. After that, the peace agreement can be signed," Bayramov said.
