Jasmine Home: the story of young sisters' business (VIDEO)

Jasmine Home partners with Akba Bank

YEREVAN, July 7. /ARKA/. Sisters Anna and Ani founded Jasmine Home ten years ago, offering the market dozens of high-quality textile products - blankets, bedding sets, pillows, and many other products.

Many years ago, when Jasmine Home was just starting its operations, there were few textile manufacturers in the market. Over time, alongside increasing competition, the sisters expanded their business after undergoing retraining and conducting research.

On the path to achieving their goal, Jasmine Home partnered with Akba Bank, with which cooperation the company was able to expand and increase production volumes, the bank's press service reports.

“Jasmine is a business created from scratch and has developed. Initially, our goal was to create a large production and many jobs: this is the picture we always kept in mind. When we realized we were achieving success, the need for new financial investments arose, and it was at this time that Akba Bank believed in us and provided support, offering women entrepreneurs long-term financing, which allowed our business to grow,” said Jasmine Home co-founder Anna Darbinyan.

“Currently, we have more than twenty types of products that are mass-produced: blankets, bedding sets, pillows, and other items. During the work process, our roles change periodically - we try to complement each other,” said Jasmine Home co-founder Ani Darbinyan.

Currently, Jasmine Home is studying the European market with the aim of organizing exports. Soon, Jasmine Home may also become a clothing manufacturing company - sample products have already been sewn.

The bank is regulated by the Central Bank of the RA.
