YEREVAN, July 1. /ARKA/. How do modern fintech solutions change consumer behavior, expand business financial opportunities, and contribute to economic activation? This topic was presented by Grigory Yolyans, head of the commercial partners department of IDBank, at the Mantashyants Global Business Forum 2026. This was reported by the bank's press service.
The key idea of the presentation was that success in sales in the modern market depends not only on the quality of the product or service but also on their accessibility, and the most powerful tool for ensuring this accessibility is technology.
Presenting the Idram&IDBank ecosystem, Yolyans noted that thanks to the implementation of QR payments in a unified digital environment, more than 1 million users and about 30,000 points of sale have been connected, linking consumers and businesses.
During the presentation, the Rocket Line service was also introduced, which has become a successful example of the “Buy now, pay later” model in the Armenian market. Today, approximately 12,500 contracts are processed daily within the service, and around 7,000 unique customers use it every day.
After the success of Rocket Line, a similar approach was applied for businesses, resulting in the creation of the IDDistributor platform. It allows small and medium enterprises to make payments at the time of delivery, both from their own funds and through the Rocket Distributor credit limit, providing access to working capital and stimulating sales. At the same time, IDDistributor contributes to reducing cash turnover, digitizing business processes, and increasing financial inclusiveness, especially in regions.
“Financial technologies create sales where there were previously limitations. They connect people, businesses, and financial opportunities on one platform. When this connection occurs, not only the volume of payments increases, but also overall economic activity,” said Grigory Yolyans.
Idram and IDBank continue to implement their strategy aimed at developing a cashless economy, digitizing business processes, and increasing financial inclusiveness in Armenia.
The companies are regulated by the Central Bank of Armenia.
