Due to the need to clarify the legislative regulations for organizing regular passenger transport in Armenia, the government has made changes and additions to one of its previously adopted decisions.
Accordingly, the number of buses that must be accessible or adapted to the requirements of the GOST 30478-96 standard for persons with disabilities is being revised, with at least 10 percent required. On routes served by three or more buses, every third bus must be accessible to persons with disabilities.
The decision establishes regulations for depriving organizations that fail to fulfill their application obligations of the right to participate in competitions for a period of 2 years.
