Jakob Wöllenstein, head of the regional program “Political Dialogue in the South Caucasus,” presented an analytical report titled “The European Union for Armenia: Values, Trust, Prosperity,” where he stated that “Armenia truly has much to offer the EU.” He emphasized that the situation around Armenia is changing, and it is essential for internal changes to occur for the process of European integration to become a real program and policy.
Wöllenstein noted that 49% of voters did not support the current government, which could impact the European integration process. He also highlighted that the EU shows political commitment and support to Armenia, but ensuring trust at the internal level in implementing reforms is a more complex issue.
