The interim manager of HEC, Romanos Petrosyan, has made a new post on his social media regarding HEC's credit obligations.
“I state directly and responsibly: in the first 6-8 months of the interim management of HEC, we have managed to repay around 50 million dollars equivalent loans from nearly 400 million dollars of financial obligations, as the owners and their directly or indirectly connected circles have not been able to carry out a number of apparent financial machinations, procurements of goods and services at inflated prices through other companies owned exclusively by them and their close associates, and for years carry out ‘monopolistic’ supplies to ‘extract’ that 50 million dollars from HEC and ‘appropriate’ it…
I will respond later to a number of unfounded, fictitious, and baseless assessments made yesterday by the current owner of HEC with specific figures and facts,” the post states.
