The Ministers of Internal Affairs of Armenia, Arpine Sargsyan, and the Minister of High-Tech Industry, Mkhitar Ayrapetyan, visited the Military Industry Committee to discuss the possibilities of utilizing domestic technological and military-industrial potential within the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia, the Chairman of the Military Industry Committee, Aram Jivanyan, presented innovative achievements recorded in this field, initiatives aimed at developing local companies, as well as advanced technological solutions and high-tech products developed by Armenian engineering teams and research centers.
The discussions focused on the potential use of domestic products for the development and technical modernization of the operational capabilities of the services under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, police, and rescue service.
Additionally, the directions for developing and implementing technological solutions in accordance with the needs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were discussed, as well as expanding cooperation with local technology companies.
In conclusion, it was emphasized that effective cooperation between the public and private sectors is an important prerequisite for strengthening the country's security, developing the domestic military industry, and enhancing technological self-sufficiency.
