In Armenia, the trend of rising real estate prices is recovering in the second quarter of 2026. This was stated by the Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia, Hovhannes Khachatryan.
According to him, in recent months, real estate prices have been increasing by an average of 1-1.5%, and compared to July 2025, there was an approximately 17% increase last month.
Khachatryan noted that in the previous period, the growth rates in the real estate market had significantly slowed down and nearly stopped. However, now, according to him, there is also an increase in rental prices.
The Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank also mentioned that developers are increasingly considering non-residents among potential buyers of apartments.
